WPS Families, please complete this form on or before Tuesday, August 28, 2018. Mr. Jason King will be in touch soon regarding the lesson schedule. Your school account will be billed appropriately for lessons. Private Lesson opportunities will be open to the public after August 28. Studios may fill up quickly.

Beginning Band & Strings students are encouraged to take a minimum of 15 lessons (30, 45, or 60 minutes) during the school year. Please choose your option on the registration form.

$675.00, 30-minute lessons for 15 weeks

23 Lesson Option (Winds, Percussion, Voice, Acting, Dance, Drawing/Painting/Sketching):
$1035.00, 30 minute-lessons for 23 weeks

28 Lesson Piano Program
$1260.00, 30 minute-lessons for 28 weeks

28 Lesson Side-By-Side Piano Program
$944.00, 30-minute Little Mozarts Side-By-Side for 28 weeks

Acting & Voice lessons are offered to 2-12 grade students.
Dance lessons are offered to PK4-12 grade students.
Piano lessons are offered as a single lesson for K-12, or Side-by-Side for PK4 only. (Piano/Keyboard is required at home.)
Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, French Horn, Trumpet, Trombone, Baritone, Tuba, Percussion, Guitar lessons are offered to 4-12 grades only. (Students must provide their own instrument, or rent a school instrument.)
Violin/Strings lessons are offered to 1-12 grades. (Students must provide their own instrument.)

Please understand that you may need to pay a small fee to purchase any books, materials, or music that might be required for lessons. This fee will not go above $35.00. You may be asked to order these materials. You may also be asked to purchase proper dance attire for dance lessons.

Make-up Lessons: Students will be given make-ups for lessons missed due to field trips and school convocations.
In the case of a personal vacation (please give two weeks notice) or sickness (please email ASAP, no later than 8:00 a.m. the morning of the lesson), only ONE additional make-up lesson is offered per semester.
